1. A Resolution Authorizing The Municipal Mayor, Hon. Cipriano D. Violago, Jr. To Enter Into A Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) With The Metro Clark Waste Management Corporation (MCWM) Hereinafter Represented By Its President, Mr. Michael L. Escaler For The Hauling, Tipping And Disposal Of Residual Solid Wastes Of The Municipality Into Its Landfill Facility.

2. A Resolution Requesting The Sangguniang Bayan Of The Municipality Of San Rafael For The Confirmation Of The Appointment Of Mr. Ednalino Labao Mempim As Consultant On Employment Generation And Livelihood Programs, Effective July 1, 2025, His Expertise In That Particular Field Will Assist Us In The Day To Day Operation And Administration Of The Municipality.

3. A Resolution Requesting The Sangguniang Bayan Of The Municipality Of San Rafael For The Confirmation Of The Appointment Of Mr. Acmad Calaca As Consultant On Internal Affairs, Effective July 1, 2025His Expertise In That Particular Field Will Assist Us In The Day To Day Operation And Administration Of The Municipality.

4. A Resolution Requesting The Sangguniang Bayan Of The Municipality Of San Rafael For The Confirmation Of The Appointment Of Mr. Pedro J. Sevilla, Jr. As Consultant On Project Development And Program Implementation,

Effective July 1, 2025, His Expertise On That Particular Field Will Assist Us In The Development Of Programs And Implementation Of Approved Projects Of The Municipality.

5. A Resolution Requesting The Sangguniang Bayan Of The Municipality Of San Rafael For The Confirmation Of The Appointment Of Atty. Leilani R. Vizconde-Escueta As Consultant On Legal Affairs, Effective July 1, 2025Her Expertise In That Particular Field Will Assist Us In The Day To Day Operation And Administration Of The Municipality.

6. A Resolution Requesting the Sangguniang Bayan of hte Municipality of San Rafael for the Confirmation of the Appointment of Mr. Peter Alvin Violago as Consultant on Tourism, Effective July 1, 2025, His Expertise in the Particular Field will Assist Us In Promoting San Rafael as it is now Regarded as the New Destination Hub for Tourist.

7. A Resolution Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Cipriano D. Violago, Jr. to Recognize and Reconsitute the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB), Defining Its Policy, Additional Functions and Responsibilities, Mechanics and Procedures in the Recruitment, Screening and Selection of Personnel for Employment or Promotion.
